At Brindisa Tapas, we celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Spain, bringing authentic flavours and warm hospitality to every guest. With six unique branches, we are proud to share the art of Spanish tapas with the capital.

The Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our brand, driving strategies that showcase our love for Spanish food and culture. This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, leadership, and a strong understanding of the hospitality sector.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to a comprehensive marketing strategy for all six sites.
• Help with campaigns to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and footfall.
• Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with branch managers to create tailored promotions and events.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to guide decision-making.
• Work closely with PR agencies, photographers, and designers to uphold our brand identity.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably in hospitality.
• A passion for food, drink, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration across teams.
• A creative mindset with a talent for storytelling and content creation.
