The Role

As Regional Manager, you’ll lead and develop General Managers across your sites, driving sales growth, profitability, and service excellence. You’ll own budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimise processes and drive results.

You’ll coach and mentor your managers to build high-performing teams that live our values and deliver outstanding customer experiences. With a hands-on approach, you’ll support sites in maximising local marketing strategies, travelling between sites as required, staying overnight when needed, and responding flexibly to business priorities to ensure every customer leaves smiling.

Skills You Need

• Strong leadership with high emotional intelligence – able to coach, influence, and inspire your team
• Commercial and financial acumen – focused on growth and optimising processes
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Resilient under pressure with effective stress management
• Confident communicator with the ability to plan, organise, and deliver results
• Adaptable and agile – able to respond effectively at short notice
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car and willing to stay overnight when required to meet business needs
