HarSPA Bristol is a luxurious spa focused on providing a welcoming environment and exceptional service to our clients. We offer a range of wellness treatments aimed at promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Spa Head Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the front-of-house team

  • Manage bookings, enquiries, and client check-in/out processes

  • Liaise with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Handle client feedback and resolve any issues professionally

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and spa area

  • Train new team members and ensure ongoing development of the reception team

  • Manage invoicing, payments and Cashing up procedures 

  Requirements:
 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or supervisory role within a spa setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Confident with booking systems and general computer skills

  • High level of organization and attention to detail 

  • Flexiable availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
