Supervise and support the front-of-house team
Manage bookings, enquiries, and client check-in/out processes
Liaise with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues professionally
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and spa area
Train new team members and ensure ongoing development of the reception team
Manage invoicing, payments and Cashing up procedures
Previous experience in a receptionist or supervisory role within a spa setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confident with booking systems and general computer skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Flexiable availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
