The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily restaurant operations. You will direct all the staff and always ensure your team executes Sushi Revolution quality standards and procedures. You will motivate your team to provide an efficient service, keep a clean and
safe restaurant and create a great atmosphere for our guests.
We won’t set you up to fail, we will support you in your success and give you the trust
and autonomy to make decisions.
Your Responsibilities, Skills and Behaviours:
Be Honest
- Ensure daily due diligence is completed
- Maintain par stock levels of inventory and prep in the bar
- Always follow recipe standard operating procedures
- Ensure staff follow rules and regulations
- Ensure your team complete all training
- Be punctual and ensure your team are too
Be Determined
- Be a leader and lead by example
- Always maintain equipment and company property, report any defective materials or equipment to the ops team
- Ensure proper staffing and adequate supplies for all stations
- Find problems and fix them
- Ensure proper safety, hygiene and cleaning practises are followed
- Knowledge and ability to run the restaurant leading by example
- Always maintain safe working conditions at all time
- Be ready to tackle guest complaints and solve problems
- Take responsibility for the business performance of your restaurant
- Be ready for anything, be ready to fight the revolution every day
Be Kaizen
- Value high quality food presentation and waiter service

Be Dependable
- Control FOH inventory
- Complete required stock takes
- Provide our guests with a high-quality experience to Sushi Revolution standards
- Always maintain a safe and clean restaurant
- Complete, approve and publish the rotas at least 2 weeks in advance managing FOH and BOH payroll cost and staff wellness
- Be trustworthy, reliable and dependable
- Ensure all deliveries are received, checked and put away correctly
- Be well organised and able to prioritise
- Comply with all licensing laws and regulations
