Your Responsibilities, Skills and Behaviours:
Be Honest
- Put our guest first
- Always follow Sushi Revolution procedures
- Set the restaurant to Sushi Revolution specifications
- Be punctual
Be Determined
- Always maintain equipment and company property
- Ensure proper safety, hygiene and cleaning practises are followed
- Knowledge and ability to work the floor
- Always maintain safe working conditions at all time
- Be ready to tackle guest complaints and solve problems
- Be ready for anything, be ready to fight the revolution every day
Be Kaizen
- Value high quality food presentation and waiter service
- Complete all flow training courses
- Continue to learn and update your knowledge
- Know about Sushi Revolution products and Ingredients
- Have fantastic technical skills
Be Dependable
- Provide our guests with a high-quality experience to Sushi Revolution standards
- Always maintain a safe and clean restaurant
- Be trustworthy, reliable and dependable
- Be well organised and able to prioritise
