From Chef Marco Canora, Brodo Broth Co serves classically prepared bone broths as a beverage, much like a juice bar or coffee shop. The three bone broths— organic chicken, gingered grass-fed beef, and signature Hearth, in addition to a vegan Seaweed-Mushroom, are cooked for up to 24 hours and offered with a choice of fresh add-ins to customize flavor, boost nutrients. We are hiring for counter service, full and part-time available.

What we are looking for:

Candidates who are dedicated and excited about hospitality and the customer experience.

Barista or juice bar experience a plus.

Food handlers license or willingness to take the test.

Interest in cooking, health, and the way they relate.

Willingness to learn and chat with customers.

Team players.
