What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Person, you will:

• Complete property maintenance tasks including plumbing, decorating, basic electrical, and general repairs, ensuring lodges and buildings are well-kept and functional
• Check and prepare accommodation ready for guest arrivals
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain park standards
• Observe and uphold Health and Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment
• Use handheld devices or computer systems to log tasks and updates as needed

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable individual who has:

• Experience in general property maintenance, repairs, and fault finding
• Skills across multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, DIY, and painting
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• A good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Customer service and teamwork skills
• Confidence using handheld devices or basic IT systems
