Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week, to be discussed

Are you a hands-on problem solver with strong general maintenance skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Person to join the team at our Brokerswood Holiday Park, helping to maintain our lodges and facilities to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Person, you will:

  • Complete property maintenance tasks including plumbingdecoratingbasic electrical, and general repairs, ensuring lodges and buildings are well-kept and functional
  • Check and prepare accommodation ready for guest arrivals
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain park standards
  • Observe and uphold Health and Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Use handheld devices or computer systems to log tasks and updates as needed

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable individual who has:

  • Experience in general property maintenance, repairs, and fault finding
  • Skills across multiple trades such as plumbingcarpentryDIY, and painting
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • A good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Customer service and teamwork skills
  • Confidence using handheld devices or basic IT systems
