Working in a beautiful woodland setting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our lodges, infrastructure and hot tubs are safe, well-presented and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

In this varied and hands-on role, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of maintenance and hot tub operations across the park
  • Carry out a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, decorating and general repairs
  • Ensure accommodation is maintained and presented to a high standard for guest arrivals
  • Support the operation and upkeep of hot tubs, including water testing, cleaning and fault resolution
  • Work closely with housekeeping, sales and operations teams to ensure smooth park operations
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of materials, equipment and chemicals
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers where required
  • Follow and promote Health & Safety procedures, ensuring safe working practices at all times

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in general maintenance or facilities work
  • Practical, hands-on and confident carrying out a variety of repair tasks
  • Organised, with the ability to manage workload and priorities effectively
  • A strong problem-solver with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledgeable in Health & Safety and safe working practices

Desirable:

  • Experience with hot tubs, water testing or similar operations
