Who we are: Broome Street Hospitality Group is opening its newest venue; a 200 seat Oyster Bar on the corner of West Broadway & Canal. This beautiful sprawling space will boast a large four corner bar, event space, mezzanine and run continual service until late night. We are a young and vibrant company with a serious track record of successful growth in the NYC hospitality marketplace.
Recruitment: Our Company is actively seeking positive, organized and outgoing individuals to join our growing team. We are actively recruiting highly motivated floor managers to help coach our staff. We seek future team members that have flexible schedules with the ability to work nights and weekends.
Mission Statement: To create and maintain an energetic team with a “yield to guests” approach to service, inspire excitement about Canal St. Oysters and cultivate a respectful attitude among colleagues. A polished and professional demeanor is as essential as a lead by example mentality.
Requirements:
• NYC restaurant experience preferred.
• Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work nights/weekends.
• Knowledge of RESY or willingness to learn quickly.
• Must have a strong passion for Hospitality!
Compensation:
• We offer competitive hourly rates of $18 - $25 per hour depending on experience. Additional tip pool gratuities also included.
