Description
Brother Marcus is an upper casual restaurant group with sites in Angel, Spitalfields, Borough and South Kensington serving Eastern Mediterranean food. Open 7 days a week, Brother Marcus has a strong Brunch concept during the day with a friendly sharing dish menu in the evening in a relaxed and friendly setting.
The food and drink focus on flavours from the Eastern Mediterranean region bringing fresh, seasonal ingredients to give our guests the chance to experience the Eastern Mediterranean.

What we require:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a high-volume, casual dining establishment.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and guests
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving issues.
• Competent with Microsoft Office software
• Ensure compliance with Health and Food Safety procedures
