What we require:
• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume, casual dining establishment.
• Commercially aware and financially astute.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and guests
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion forproviding an outstanding experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving issues.
• Competent with Microsoft Office software
• Ensure compliance with Health and Food Safety procedures
