    The Role

    We are on the lookout for a 6-month Fixed Term HR Assistant to join our Support Office team. You will be crucial in supporting the development of our new HR platform, advising Senior Managers on HR matters, and helping us build a solid HR foundation as we continue to grow.

    This role will allow you to get hands-on with HR systems, processes, and projects while providing proactive support to our management teams. There may even be an opportunity to extend the contract or move into a permanent role, depending on the needs of the business.

    What You’ll Be Doing:
    • Supporting the development of our new HR platform and systems.

    • Providing proactive HR advice and guidance to Senior Managers.

    • Coordinating HR projects and assisting with the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to employee engagement.

    • Managing HR documentation and ensuring compliance.

    • Writing clear, impactful HR communications and policies.

    • Contributing to our learning and development culture.

    What We’re Looking For:
    • Operational Hospitality Experience – You know how a restaurant operates and what it takes to keep things running smoothly.

    • Level 5 CIPD – You have the right qualifications to handle HR matters with confidence.

    • Amazing Writing Skills – Your ability to write clear, engaging communications is key.

    • Energetic and Fun – You know how to bring a positive, can-do attitude while maintaining professionalism.

    • Problem Solver – A solution-focused mindset to help solve HR challenges.

    • Organised and Detail-Oriented – Precision and care in everything you do.
