Brother Marcus - Brothership

Description

Maintenance Manager – £45,000 - £50,000

Location: London (Overseeing 6 Restaurants)

At Brother Marcus, we’re more than just a restaurant group — we’re a vibrant, people-first business with six fantastic venues across London. Known for delivering exceptional dining experiences, we now need a Maintenance Manager to join our team and keep our restaurants running like well-oiled machines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the charge to ensure the smooth running of all our sites — we’ve got six restaurants to keep ticking!

  • Creating and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to keep everything in tip-top shape.

  • Managing repairs and coordinating fixes with minimal impact on our daily operations.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external contractors and suppliers.

  • Keeping us compliant with health, safety, and regulatory standards — safety is key.

  • Balancing the books — managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices.

  • Rolling up your sleeves when the urgent repair calls come in — no job too small.

  • Training our team on basic maintenance and safety procedures, keeping them in the loop!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally in hospitality — you know your stuff.

  • Solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment).

  • A master problem-solver who can stay organised while juggling multiple tasks.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to manage multiple teams and get things done.

  • Bonus points for basic trade skills and relevant certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing) — we like to keep things sharp.

What’s in It for You:

  • A competitive salary to match your experience.

  • Real opportunities to grow and develop professionally.

  • Travel allowance for managing multiple sites — we’ve got you covered.

  • A team that puts people first, where you’ll be treated as one of the family.

If you’re a proactive, hands-on individual who loves keeping things running smoothly and enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you!
