WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE:
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and genuine farewell.
Support the GM and floor team in managing and dealing with guest complaints 
Promote the use of Guest Voice to gain feedback from Guests. 
Communicated marketing updates and promotions with guests via social media and in house. 
Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate
Tend to all guest needs and requests in an appropriate manner and time frame.
Inform the Guest about the Privilege App and how they can benefit from using it.  
Great knowledge of all Food and Drinks Menus
