What’s the role about?
As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining as our Senior Sous Chef, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant.
Who you are
- Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
- Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Ability to motivate, train and supervise junior members of the team
- A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field
Salary: £47,500 per annum plus tronc
Shift Pattern
- This role consists of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7.
- Your shift patterns will typically consist of: 10:00-17:00 or 15:00-23:00.
