Are you a passionate sushi chef with a flair for creativity and a commitment to excellence? Beaverbrook Townhouse is seeking a talented Sushi Demi Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic culinary team. This is your chance to work in a prestigious and vibrant environment, where your skills and passion for Japanese cuisine can truly shine
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes with precision and artistry
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development and daily operations
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques
Shift Pattern
- This role consists of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7.
- Your shift patterns will typically consist of: 10:00-17:00 or 15:00-23:00.
Salary: £35,000 per annum plus tronc
Who you are:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
- Exceptional knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi preparation
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning dishes
- A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field
