As a Restaurant Host, you will be an integral part of our Food and Beverage team, delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests and members. Welcoming and assisting arriving guests at the Mount Fuji restaurant within our unique boutique hotel, in the heart of Chelsea.

You will be based in our 50-cover contemporary Japanese restaurant, 40-cover bar, private dining room and outside courtyard area.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
• Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
• Efficient and responsible, with great attention to detail
• Immaculately groomed and well-presented
• Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team
• Computer Literate, experience with Res Diary being preferred

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing all arriving guests with a warm and memorable welcome
• Meeting and greeting guests on arrival, and escorting guests to their allocated table
• Ensuring that the highest levels of service is provided to all of our members and their guests
• Answering telephone enquiries with an exceptional telephone manner
• Assisting our front of house team where necessary

Shift Pattern

• This position will consist of 35 hours per week.
• The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends when required
• Typical shift times will consist of 12:00-22:00 and 16:00-01:00.

Salary: £24,000 per annum plus Tronc
