The Role
As our Commis Waiter/Waitress, you will be part of a team delivering an unforgettable, enchanting experience for our guests whilst dining with us.
- The successful candidate will be passionate & enthusiastic, taking pride in all they do.
- You will be immaculately groomed and well-presented.
- Experience working in a hotel restaurant and/or Japanese restaurant would be desirable.

Shift Pattern
- This is a full-time permanent position, consisting of 40 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate must be flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
- Shift hours will consist of: 07:00-16:00, 13:00-23:00, 16:00-01:00.
Salary: £
£27,872 per annum plus tronc
