Do you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in all you do?

We are looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a small Housekeeping team, ensuring our luxurious 14 guest rooms are maintained to the highest of standards.

The Role

  • Supervising and motivating the Housekeeping team, ensuring all standards are consistently met.
  • Re-stocking guest amenities, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, as soon as possible.
  • Ensuring all chemicals are stored correctly and team members trained, in line with COSSH requirements.
  • Assisting with the organisation of inventories for linen, uniform and lost property.

The Person

  • Customer service focused, taking every opportunity to delight our guests.
  • Experienced in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a luxury environment and in a supervisory role.
  • Self-motivated and confident in leading a small team, with a hands-on, can-do approach.
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Immaculately well groomed and presented, setting the highest of standards for your team.

Shift Pattern:

  • This position consists of 40 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7.
  • The hours for this position will typically consist of: 07:00-15:30, 09:00-17:30 and 12:00-20:30, with some variation dependent upon business needs.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, plus tronc
