About Us - Junior Sous Chef

Bubala has blossomed into two buzzing locations: one in Spitalfields and our second in Soho. We are now in the midst of opening our third site located in Kings Cross! It’s an exciting time to join our growing team! 

Our menu celebrates the bold, complex flavours of the Middle East and an entirely vegetarian focus (we’re not into substitutes here!), we’re all about crafting unforgettable experiences in a fun, lively atmosphere. The Role - Junior Sous Chef

You’ll support the Head Chef & Senior Sous Chef in running the kitchen, oversee shifts, mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service.
