Bubala has blossomed into three buzzing locations: one in Spitalfields, our second in Soho & our most recent site located in Kings Cross! It’s an exciting time to join our growing team! 

Our menu celebrates the bold, complex flavours of the Middle East and an entirely vegetarian focus (we’re not into substitutes here!), we’re all about crafting unforgettable experiences in a fun, lively atmosphere. The Role - Head Chef

We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Bubala — someone with sharp instincts, strong systems, and a deep love of flavour. You’ll set the tone, mentor your team, and drive the creative direction of our vegetarian Middle Eastern menus. This role is about high standards, not high drama — leading with clarity, calm, and a bit of fire when it counts.
