Bubala is a critically acclaimed Middle Eastern vegetarian restaurant, having opened its doors in Spitalfields in September 2019. Our focus is on bright, punchy flavours designed to share, and takes inspiration from our travels across Israel, Lebanon, Turkey and Northern Africa.  Behind Bubala is Marc Summers (founder and ex GM of Berber & Q) and Executive Chef Helen Graham, who has worked at The Palomar, The Barbary, The Good Egg and Ottolenghi.

The Role

We have just opened Bubala Soho, and are on the look out for an amazing Head Chef to take the reigns. You will be working to execute a brand new menu alongside Helen and build a fantastic new team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge and loves cooking with quality vegetables from great suppliers. You'll love cooking on flames, have a strong interest in Middle Eastern food and value working in a nurturing & supportive environment.
