About Us - General Manager

Bubala has blossomed into two buzzing locations: one in Spitalfields and our second in Soho. We are now in the midst of opening our third site located in Kings Cross! It’s an exciting time to join our growing team! 

Our menu celebrates the bold, complex flavours of the Middle East and an entirely vegetarian focus (we’re not into substitutes here!), we’re all about crafting unforgettable experiences in a fun, lively atmosphere. The Role - General Manager

We’re looking for a General Manager to lead Bubala — someone who brings energy, sharp service, and genuine care to the floor. You’ll support and grow a brilliant team, keep standards, and make sure every guest leaves happy. If you love bold flavours, fast-paced service, and leading with heart, we’d love to hear from you.
