As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a commercially driven and hospitality-led Reservations & Sales Manager to lead our reservations and events function across all sites.
The Role – Reservations & Sales ManagerAs Reservations & Sales Manager, you’ll lead the sales and reservations strategy across Bubala, driving pre-booked revenue, growing our corporate network, and ensuring a seamless guest journey from first enquiry through to on-site welcome.
You’ll oversee our Reservations Manager and wider team, own our sales pipeline, and work closely with Marketing, GMs and Operations to maximise PDR, group bookings and full-venue hires.
This role blends commercial focus with genuine hospitality leadership, building strong guest relationships while developing and motivating your team.
You’ll be responsible for:Sales & Revenue
Drive reservations, events and private hire revenue across all sites
Generate and convert PDR, group and full venue hire enquiries
Build strong local, corporate and agency relationships
Work with Marketing to deliver campaigns and hit revenue targets
Track KPIs and adjust strategy to maximise performance
Guest Experience
Act as senior contact for VIP and event clients
Ensure seamless communication from enquiry to execution
Host key site visits and major events when required
Maintain brand tone and proactively manage guest feedback
Team & Operations
Manage and develop the reservations team, coach on upselling and private hire packages
Ensure smooth communication and alignment across sites
Oversee reservation systems, reporting and continuous improvement
This is primarily a Monday–Friday role during business hours, with occasional evening or weekend attendance for key events.
