Role & Responsibilities:

To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
To ensure all complaints are minimised and handles professionally as in accordance with our policies
To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Rooms and Public Areas are met at all times
To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual:
To clean the hotel bedrooms and corridors and maintain our high standard
To keep all cupboards neat and presentable at all times
All cleaning materials to be used to the HHK’s specification
To report any maintenance faults
Follow the lost property procedure
To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety regulations
To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection control and emergency aid.
To ensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel
All other duties as required
