To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
To ensure all complaints are minimised and handled professionally as in accordance with our policies
To ensure all public areas, leisure facilities, and guest toilets are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene at all times
To carry out regular pool water testing and safety checks in accordance with hotel procedures, recording results accurately and reporting any irregularities immediately
To ensure all spa, poolside, shower and changing facilities are cleaned, sanitised and fully stocked throughout the day
To maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public toilets, ensuring consumables (including toiletries, paper products and guest amenities) are replenished as require
To hoover, mop, dust and maintain all public spaces including reception, lounge, conservatory, bar areas, corridors, staircases and leisure areas
To complete scheduled weekly deep-cleaning tasks across designated areas of the hotel as per rota
To ensure external entrance areas are clean, tidy and welcoming at all times
