Role & Responsibilities:

To manage the state of repair in the hotel with the support of the team to ensure it meets the highest quality standards
To ensure that regular maintenance is carried out periodically throughout the hotel to maintain the good standard of repair.
To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
To ensure stock control with the maintenance department
Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality
Completion and maintenance of fire log book
Record keeping of room maintenance
Maintaining high standards of outside areas, public areas, guest bedrooms and ground maintenance
To follow all hotel policies
To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
All other duties as required
