As a Supervisor we want you to play a key role in the running of our day-to-day operations. This means you’ll work with the managers to maintain high standards of food, drink and hospitality. Our supervisors take a proactive approach to team management, helping them to thrive, develop and deliver keeping morale high and turnover low. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll have the opportunity to develop in post.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Everybody good time: Motivate, train, and manage a team, ensuring that the guests get the best experience we can offer and that staff enjoy their time on shift.
Eye of the tiger: Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, stock counts, and ensuring the restaurant is neat and welcoming to guests.
Welcome Please: Deliver a memorable experience to our guests by offering hospitality over service and creating an experience that people will remember.
Too much spicy: Support the management team in implementing new initiatives, promotions, and training programs.
No Beef: work with the wider industry to help build community in and around the city.
