WE ARE

We take the vibe of European tap rooms and beer halls and smash it together with the bustling hustle of Indian streetmarkets and canteens. We’re a growing company that puts its people first, our busy atmosphere and our obsession with food, drink and hospitality makes us a go-to spot for aficionados and first timers alike. Our restaurants are vibrant, fast paced places to work, with a competitive salary, plenty of opportunities for development and lots of perks! 

We started shaping bhajis in Leeds in 2014 and it snowballed from there. Now we have 4 sites in 3 cities and we take the beer so seriously we even have our own brewery.

We look after our teams, our community and our industry friends, we have flexible development plans and a people first attitude towards managing our sites. We donate £1 from every bhaji butty sold to a range of charities at the local, national and international initiatives.
