We are now hiring an ambitious Shift Manager to join us on this exciting journey.

Job Summary

As a Shift Manager you support the management team in coordinating and supervising the restaurant operations driving sales, maintaining the highest standards of guest experience and promoting workplace happiness.
You will also be interacting with suppliers and members of the field operations team allowing you to build critical knowledge and valuable experience of the Quick Service Restaurant sector.

Responsibilities

• During your shift you are responsible for restaurant operations including opening and closing.
• You will motivate your Team Members to deliver the highest standards of guest experience, product quality and restaurant safety and hygiene to drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinate and lead teamwork to ensure the restaurant operations meet company standards.
• Continually develop your Team Members skills and knowledge on workstation processes and products.

Previous experience of working in a fast paced customer focused environment is essential.

Great rates of pay, uniform supplied and free meals on shift.

Flexible and Part-Time hours available and full training provided.
