About the opportunity:
The Digital Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and executing our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical professional with a minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience. You will leverage multiple CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, working closely with our internal and external teams to ensure the success of our digital campaigns.
You’ll also work closely with all arms of Marketing (Innovation, Brand, Digital) as well as cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply and Commercial Data) to support digital services in restaurants.
What you'll do:
- Digital Strategy: Support
in developing and implementing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies
to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- CRM Campaign Management: Collaborate
with the digital and wider marketing team to ideate and organise the
digital campaign calendar. Utilise CRM tools, particularly Braze, to
execute and manage targeted marketing campaigns
- Performance Analysis: Analyse
and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
for continuous improvement
- Agency Management: Work
closely with our CRM agency, to ensure seamless execution of CRM
initiatives and campaigns, from briefing to deployment
- Customer Journey Optimisation: Monitor
customer data within our analytics tool, and work with SDGM to optimise the
customer journey across all digital touchpoints
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work
with cross-functional teams including the wider marketing team, IT and
finance to ensure alignment and integration of digital strategies
- Industry Expertise: Stay
up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in
digital marketing and CRM
You will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven prior experience with CRM tools; Braze is a plus!
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and
translate it into actionable insights, with experience in analytics tool
such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or equivalent
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels
and tools
- Excellent relationship management skills, capable of working
effectively with external partners and internal teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
