As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in delivering our hiring strategy — ensuring every restaurant has the people it needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will partner closely with Regional Operations Managers and Restaurant Managers to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for new restaurant openings, as well as supporting our existing restaurants hiring at Assistant Manager level where needed. This is a field‑based role with regular travel across the UK and occasional visits to our London office, Whopper Support.
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, visibility and impact.
What you’ll be doing

Key responsibilities include:
This is a high‑volume, fast‑paced role where you’ll need to stay agile, organised and ready to pivot as priorities shift.
You’ll need to be an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast‑moving, operational environment. You know how to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver results at pace.
You will bring
Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a sense of ownership and the drive to make things happen.
The setup
This isn’t a full-time work from home gig.
This is a field‑based role with travel across the UK to support restaurant openings and BAU recruitment needs. You will also spend time at our London office aka Whopper Support.
You’ll be joining a passionate, supportive People team with the space to make an impact and the opportunity to help shape how we attract and hire talent across the business.
If you’re ready to take this on, we’d love to hear from you.
