You'll have the freedom to lead your region your way, backed by a business that's investing in its people, restaurants and future growth.

What you’ll do
This is a leadership role with real influence.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll lead a region of up to 15 restaurants through your Restaurant Managers, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and high performance. You'll support your teams to run their businesses like they own them, whilst ensuring every restaurant delivers great guest experiences, operational excellence and strong commercial results.

You'll:

  • Create a culture where managers take ownership, make great decisions and run their restaurants like they're their own business
  • Drive sustainable sales growth, profitability and market share through a strong commercial mindset
  • Be relentlessly focused on the guest experience, ensuring every restaurant delivers great food, fast service and a reason for guests to come back
  • Use insight, data and local market knowledge to identify opportunities and unlock performance across your region
  • Develop talent at every level, building a pipeline of future Restaurant Managers, Area Coaches and operations leaders
  • Create operational superstars by coaching, challenging and stretching your teams to achieve their full potential
  • Hold managers accountable for delivering results while providing the support and direction they need to succeed
  • Lead regional performance reviews, turning insight into action and ensuring plans deliver measurable results

  • Know how to lead through others, creating capable, confident managers who take ownership and deliver results
  • Be commercially sharp, with a strong understanding of sales growth, profitability and P&L performance
  • Use data and insight to make decisions, identify opportunities and solve problems before they become issues
  • Have a passion for developing talent and a track record of building succession plans and future leaders
  • Balance support and challenge, creating accountability while helping people grow
  • Build strong relationships and influence effectively across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment and remain focused on what matters most
  • Be obsessed with delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
  • Think beyond today's results and focus on building sustainable performance for the future

Most importantly, you'll bring energy, authenticity and ambition to the role.

You'll care about people, be passionate about developing future talent and take pride in building restaurants that guests love and teams are proud to work in.
