BurgerFi (BFI), one of the nation’s fastest-growing premium fast-casual concepts, is looking for a high-energy team member -who knows how to be a TEAM PLAYER!

Description: The Food Production Team Member works with a team to prepare large quantities of ingredients and process them into finished products. Additionally, they assist in routine maintenance, sanitation and other assigned tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

·         Prepare ingredients according to recipes and safety procedures

·         Operates industrial equipment according to recipe and safety procedures

·         Regularly cleans and sanitizes work areas

·         Adheres to all food safety, HACCP, and cGMP protocols

Requirements:

·         Ability to work on feet for entire 8 hour shift

·         Ability to repeatedly lift containers weighing 20-40 pounds

·         Ability to read and interpret written instructions

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         ServSafe certified preferred

·         Food handling experience preferred
