This position will report to the Facilities Manager and be responsible for repairing and installing equipment, inspecting equipment for proper functioning, and performing preventative maintenance duties.  This role will also diagnose equipment malfunctions and make repairs or adjustments as needed. Must have own hand tools. This position requires continuous work near heat, noise, gas, and chemicals.

What We Expect

• Paint, refinish and perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing ballasts, transformers and light fixtures
• Perform minor preventive maintenance work order tasks on HVAC, steam, plumbing, electrical, and restaurant equipment
• Perform building and light assembly work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization according to safety guidelines

What We Look For

• Experience in dry walling, painting, plumbing, basic electrical and/or carpentry preferred
• Experience in operating maintenance equipment, including hand and power tools, test equipment and pressure washer preferred
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
