We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our fantastic team at Burlock and have the opportunity to grow within our expanding group of venues.

What are we looking for from ideal candidate?

• Ability to provide welcoming atmosphere and customer experience
• Willingness to work in fast phased environment
• Good classic cocktail knowledge
• Willingness to deliver business goals
• Passion for hospitality, food and drink
• Previous bar experience
• Sense of urgency
• Being able to work as a team player
• Excellent communication skills 
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure

As the gospel of Rum continues to spread across the globe, our Rum list includes not only the best of the Caribbean but also the wider world of Rum. Inspired by Cuba’s rich rum history, the 1930’s Havana-styled walls of Burlock feature vintage prints, a sipping salon corner with authentic retro hairdryers and also a grand house veranda making it the ultimate Rum Room in London! Right above Burlock there is the perfect spot to drop after you shop FAM.
