We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our fantastic team at The Breakfast Group and have the opportunity to grow within our expanding group of venues.

What are we looking for from ideal candidate?

• Interest in self-development and growth
• Leadership skills in managing sales and host team
• Experience in managing guest experience and complain handling
• Coordinating the reservations diary
• Ability to convert incoming enquiries to hit targets and maximise revenue
• Ability to deliver accurate reporting on weekly and monthly basis
• Willingness to support, create and drive business strategies
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills 
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
