We are looking for team members who want to be a part of a growing hospitality group! Made up of 5 award-winning brands (Buffalo Wild Wings, Buffalo Wild Wings Go,  Jersey Mike’s Subs, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon, and Eggspectation) we offer many opportunities for growth across franchise and independent brands.

Position Overview:

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival, opening doors, escorting guests to their table, providing menus to them once seated, and informing guests of the name of their server. Inform of any specials or features for the day. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests at a table that best serves their wishes. Supervises the operation of the dining room during service meal periods, adjusting guest seating flow to balance guests between each service station. Assists with the duties of servers and bus persons as needed to maintain service effectiveness. Our #1 priority is to make our guests feel welcome.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

● Greet guests warmly and graciously with an open door upon their arrival. 
● Provide guests with estimated waiting time. 
● Warm and genuine goodbyes upon guest leaving - door opened for departure. 
● Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. 
● Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean; replacing damaged or soiled pages; cleaning chalkboards; lettering specials on chalkboards. 
● Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility. 
● Updates job knowledge by participating in team member training opportunities. 
● Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 
● Communicates with management what tools are needed to adhere to responsibilities. 
● Hourly checks and cleanings of rest rooms.

For the Cashier position: 

● You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, up- selling and getting information to the kitchen and dining room. 
● Ensures an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections and disbursements. 
● Receives cash drawer at beginning of shift and counts money in drawer at beginning and end of shift to verify its accuracy. 
● Itemizes and totals food and beverage checks in the register. 
● Collects cash, check and credit payment from customers and makes change for cash transactions, checks identification for personal checks and prepares vouchers for credit card purchases. 
● Knowledge of computers.

Skills and Abilities Required 

● Must be a strong communicator, able to make eye contact and smile for long periods of time. 
● Must have great customer service skills, including the ability to sequence service and handle guest complaints. 
● Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. 
● Must be able to be on stage - 100% of the time while on shift. 
● Must have exceptional grooming habits. 
● Superior customer service and hospitality skills 
● Knowledgeable of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures 
● The confidence and ability to connect with guests 
● Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems 
● Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to recognize and solve 
● Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time 
● Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, covering shifts as necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts
● Ability to make sure the guest leaves satisfied and impressed with the food and service. 
● Working with a sense of urgency is required along with the exercise of good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience Required 

● 1-2 experience preferred, but will train 
● Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system. 
● Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. 
● Ability to access online scheduling app.
