Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver consistently excellent service
Champion food quality and ensure guests leave full and happy
Create a culture where people want to work – and stay
Drive sales, control costs and run a profitable restaurant (with full support)
Apply emotional intelligence and a people-first approach to every decision
Be resilient, agile, and always lead by example
