Key Responsibilities

• Clean all front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including dining areas, bar, toilets, and staff areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
• Dust and polish surfaces and the building fabric.
• Clean and sanitise surfaces.
• Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of correctly in line with company procedures.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues, breakages, or hazards to management.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
• Support deep cleaning tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous cleaning experience useful but not necessary.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of health and safety and hygiene standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
