What You’ll Do:

As a Chef at Byron York, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, serving up the burgers and sides that keep our guests coming back.

• Prepare and cook our full menu of burgers, sides, and specials to the highest standards — every time.

• Work closely with your kitchen team to deliver fast, efficient service, even on the busiest shifts.

• Take pride in presentation — every plate should be something you’re proud to serve.

• Keep your section clean, organised, and running smoothly from prep through to service.

• Bring energy, passion, and positivity to the kitchen, contributing to the Byron vibe.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about great food and eager to be part of a brilliant team at Byron York.

• You’ll have some experience in a professional kitchen (but if you’re new to burgers, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!).

• Be a true team player — you’ll thrive in a buzzing, fast-paced environment.

• Pay attention to the details — quality and consistency matter here.

• Love food, love people, and love the energy of a busy kitchen.

• Bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a hunger to develop your skills.
