Position Summary 

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our factory  including equipment's repair, etc. Candidates must have previous proven working experience  in the same environment. 

Responsibilities 

• Inspects and troubleshoots bakery machinery, including ovens, conveyors, and packaging  machines.  
• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on production line machinery. 
• Conducts routine maintenance on control circuitry, bearings, chains, and other moving  parts. 
• Assists with equipment assembly, installation, and adjustments.
• Follows safety protocols and maintains records of work performed. 
• Perform basic woodwork tasks.

Qualifications 

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of troubleshooting, maintaining,  and repairing machinery. 
• Proficiency with electrical systems and the ability to read schematics is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and ensure seamless  operations.
