Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cashiering, retail, or barista roles
• Outstanding guest service and communication skills
• Bright, upbeat, and positive personality that makes guest feel welcome
• Ability to stay cheerful and energetic in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly with a smile and a friendly attitude
• Create happy, memorable experiences by assisting guests with care and enthusiasm
• Operate the POS/register efficiently while keeping interactions fun and friendly
• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks with attention and pride
• Keep bakery displays full, fresh, and visually inviting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful front-of-house
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the bakery bubbly, smooth, and fun
