What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and build a strong, positive team.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high standards.
• Drive sales while controlling labor, food, and operating costs.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and POS systems.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Assist with hiring, evaluations, meetings, and performance management.
• Work with the culinary team to maintain excellent food quality.
• Monitor budgets, sales goals, and department performance.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Support marketing, promotions, and community relations.
• Create a positive, respectful, team-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of food and beverage supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with training, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Full knowledge of POS systems.
• High energy, positive attitude, and professional personality.
• Pizzeria experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
