JH Foods, LTD is hiring a Regional Manager for our Carl’s Jr. restaurants in the Colorado Springs metro area. The Regional Manager is ultimately responsible and accountable for all of their assigned restaurant activities and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant, as necessary. The Regional Manager works to ensure that all activities in the restaurant portfolio are consistent with and supportive of the restaurant’s business plan within their assigned region.
The candidate to assume this role is performance orientated and driven; clearly communicates performance expectations, measures performance results, recognizes, rewards and promotes great performance thus building a pipeline of talent and culture of accountability.
Additional Expectations:
• Models and creates an environment which ensures a positive and consistent guest service experience.
• Responds positively and quickly to guest concerns, and is solution focused at all times uncovering the root causes.
• Validates that the restaurant leaders in their region hire high quality people who demonstrate and ensure above standard guest satisfaction that live up to the JH Foods values and standards.
• Ensures all employees in their respected restaurants are properly trained and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction.
• Continuously connects and improves the skills, knowledge, and morale of all employees through the GM and the restaurant leaders by role modeling and coaching as needed.
• Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback through the restaurant leadership team (positive and corrective)
• Engages through impactful visits (both announced and unannounced) to maintain brand standards and enjoyable working experience in the restaurant.
• Develops and executes individual and regional business plans (key elements include fiscal
responsibilities, and manpower planning) for the restaurant.
• Utilizes labor at a regional level effectively to meet or beat budget.
• Responsible for individual and regional financial results of the portfolio.
• Validates and enforces all labor laws within the region (federal, state, and local).
• Upholds company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees.
• Is of high personal integrity and treats all employees with honesty, respect, and dignity.
