Casa Madera is a high-energy, fine-dining concept from hospitality group Noble 33, located in both West Hollywood and Toronto. 


In Room Dining Servers are responsible to take orders, and deliver food to hotel guest in a timely, friendly and efficient manner providing an exceptional guest experience. IRD Server works closely with the kitchen and hotel staff. IRD Servers must go above and beyond for each guest as well as take on the responsibility of ensuring all items are billed appropriately and payment is properly secured and handled. 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order; transport items to the guest room in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.

  • Communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.

  • Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.

  • Answers and takes phone orders using proper standards and etiquette

  • This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, including overnight, weekends and holidays.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities

  • Posses a diligent work ethic

  • Excellent Communication skills 

  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance which is clean and polished and represents the brand appropriately

  • Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests 

  • Experience in a In Room Dining preferred 

  • Knowledge in cocktails, spirits and wine, in-depth knowledge of food menu and its preparation 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information 

  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays

  • Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35lbs

  • Prior Barista training is a plus!
