Job Summary
Servers are the direct link between the company and the guests. Servers are responsible for all aspects of the guest experience, within their assigned sections and service areas. This role is ideal for experienced Servers who take pride in hospitality, attention to detail, and executing service at a high level. Servers provide guests with thoughtful guidance on food and beverage offerings and ensure every table receives attentive, polished service throughout the dining experience. Servers take ownership of their tables, ensure accurate billing, and maintain strong awareness of service flow and guest needs.
Servers are expected to stay engaged on the floor, maintain awareness of table progress, and work proactively with support staff, the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure service runs smoothly. As a reflection of the business, Servers should maintain a clean and polished appearance and demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and composure throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a consistently high-quality and attentive level of service that aligns with fine-dining standards.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and presentation
Exhibit strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and pairings to guide guests with confidence and accuracy
Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences, dietary needs, and dining occasions
Execute service with precision by following established steps of service to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
Maintain awareness of table progress, kitchen timing, bar pacing, and guest satisfaction throughout service.
Collaborate with support staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service execution
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Uphold all company policies, service standards, and brand expectations at all times
Qualifications
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm, focused, and polished in a fast-paced environment
A diligent work ethic with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
Ability to anticipate guest needs and adapt service style accordingly
Solid understanding of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service
Experience in a full-service, fine-dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for the duration of assigned shifts and lift up to 35 pounds
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
