Position Summary: Responsible for processing invoices and payment of invoices. In addition, the position will include processing sales, weekly check/ach runs, expense reports, various projects, 1099s and maintaining vendor relationships.

Skills/qualifications
· High School diploma, associate degree preferred but required. · 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the accounting field required. · Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and strong attention to detail. · Strong proficiency using Microsoft Excel · Strong communication skills · Ability to work as part of a team or independently, self-starter. Passion for Results · Sets and maintains high standards for self and others, acts as a role model. · Consistently meets or exceeds goals. · Contributes to the overall team performance; understands how his/her role relates to others. · Sets, prioritizes, and maintains focus on important activities. Problem Solving and Decision Making · Identifies and resolves issues and problems. · Uses information at hand to make decisions and solve problems; includes others when necessary. · Identifies root cause of a problem and implements a solution to prevent it from recurring.
