TITLE: Administrative Assistant (This role is an in office role in our Methuen Office and is for 40 hours/week)

Position Summary:

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Keep our files and documents so organized they’ll practically sparkle.
  • Channel your inner data nerd to input, maintain, and safeguard information with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Whip up reports, presentations, and other docs that scream “professional” (and maybe a little “fun”).
  • Be the go-to for special projects, offering support like the superstar you are.
  • Keep the office stocked with supplies because running out of coffee is not an option!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Here’s the toolkit that will help you shine:

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
  • Communication skills so strong, even emails sound charismatic.
  • Organization and time management skills that could rival a wedding planner.

  • The ability to keep secrets (well, confidential information) like a vault.
