Position Overview: Are you a master multitasker with a knack for finding extraordinary talent? Do you have a passion for turning HR processes into seamless experiences? Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting Coordinator:

  • As our HR guru, you'll be responsible for overseeing and streamlining all HR & Talent Acquisition Administration and Coordination. From handling paperwork with finesse to ensuring our team's success, you're the behind-the-scenes hero.
  • Coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates, and making sure our hiring process is as smooth as a rollercoaster ride.

2. Visa Virtuoso:

  • Manage our J1 and H2B Visa programs like a pro, ensuring our international team members have the best experience possible.

3. Orientation Overlord:

  • Lead our New Hire Orientation class with enthusiasm and charm, setting the stage for new team members to embark on their journey with us.

4. Job Description Juggler:

  • Keep our job descriptions up-to-date and exciting, making sure they're as enticing as a front-row seat at a fireworks show.

5. Offer Orchestrator:

  • Craft and manage our job offers, ensuring they're as irresistible as the aroma of freshly popped popcorn.

6. Background Check Sherlock:

  • Conduct background checks with a keen eye for detail, making sure our team is made up of the best of the best.

7. Job Posting Picasso:

  • Create engaging job postings that grab attention and leave candidates eager to join our thrilling adventure.

8. Job Fair Jedi:

  • Take the lead in organizing job fairs, turning them into exciting events that attract top talent like bees to honey.

9. Crew Member Recruiter Extraordinaire:

  • Occasionally, put on your recruitment cape and find the perfect crew members for our local locations. It's like assembling the Avengers, but with more roller coasters.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for people and a desire to make every day a thrilling adventure.
  • 1 year of HR or Talent Acquisition experience (HR Generalist, Sourcing, Recruiting coordinator, Talent Administrator, Admin Assistant, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks like a circus performer.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to dive headfirst into the world of HR and recruiting.
